In 1997, Kinder Surprise Eggs were banned in the United States for the 'Choking hazard'. This is idiotic, because it does have a warning label like other things in this world. For example, legos have the same warning and can be as easily dangerous as 'Kinder Surprise'. Other places that ditribute Kinder Surprise don't have problems with children choking on the toy inside.
