"Kinder Surprise Eggs should be legal in America because they are safe for kids," says 4-year old Elliot Grace Monts who is the starter of this petition. She doesn't understand why there is a law preventing children from enjoying the wonders and excitement of "Egg Surprise" like other kids around the world. When we were in Canada this past week, she experienced first-hand that Kinder Eggs are safe, enjoyable, and downright fun. Please Mr. President, take action to make Kinder Eggs legal in America. It's for the children.
