Make the "Knockout" game a federal offense (felony).

For those unaware, Knockout is a game in which the objective is to knock an unsuspecting individual unconscious with one punch. This activity has resulted in deaths and life-threatening injuries. This particular charade has gone on far too long. Kids are playing the game and thus are subjecting the citizens at large to a new form of danger. Innocent bystanders like Ralph Santiago, James Addlespurger, Michael Daniels, Colton Ryan Gleason, Hoang Nguyen, and Yngve Raustein should not be victims to the atrocious, senseless violence that pervades our country. This degradation of the human condition is too intense to be left alone. Make this dangerous activity a federal offense (felony) and prove to the people that the government cares enough about them to keep them safe.
