Improving Employment and Ending Poverty in the USA.
Many companies will not hire people who graduated in the 1980's and earlier or who did not need a high school diploma in those days to get a good career. People in their 40's and 50's do not have the life span to return to school. We need a grandfather clause for the middle age class to be hired and trained on the job. Companies discriminate against age and are getting away with it because it is very hard to prove. The middle age class needs employment to survive. If companies will not hire them, they are responsible for whatever happens to them because the middle class knows what hard work is like.
Second: Electric bills needs to be lower than house rent. Many times utilities are more than your house rent or mortgage.
