These Mediations are obviously in favor of the Banks,Attorneys or an Abusive Parent and the Family Courts.They have caused lies and damage to Millions of people and destroyed many people financially.
I have been a victim of the lies in a mediation. Also there needs to be NO Conflict of Interest in Who Mediates the Mediation.
A Mediator should NOT have connections to the opposing Party or be their Attorney.in other cases.
We need a Mediation System that is Legally Fair for All Americans and NOT for the Legal System or Banks, Our Courts or Abusive Exes !!!!!
The Court Reporter should not have any connections with the opposing side either.
