Make a law that allows expongement of Federal Convictions. And do away with the Presidental Pardons. As all States have

Created by J.M. on September 23, 2011

This law would make it possible for a person convicted of a Federal Crime to apply for an expongement of his conviction, after a period of time.As it stands now the only way is a Presidental Pardon, and it is way too hard, and way too few that ever are able to get a Presidental Pardon. And even with the Parson the recond still remains. With this law a lot of good people who made one mistake will be able to get back into the work force.
