Make a law to ban Mrs. Redding at Silver Lake Regional High School from making busy students have to sign in

For too long the librarian at our school has interrupted students mornings by making them sign in, for the sole purpose of wasting taxpayer dollars in the future school budget for new computers, though these computers work perfectly fine for the purpose of them. We the people propose a federal law that provides a gag order on Mrs Redding every day until 7:25 A.M Monday through Friday, and a federal insurance of the human right to use public services anonymously.
