Make a law banning unsolicited spam/junk email. Also, require websites allow you to opt out of future solicitations.

I would like congress to make a law banning unsolicited email (junk mail, spam). Whenever you check your email all you see is email after email that is junk, spam or unsolicited email. Receiving a high volume of junk mail on a daily basis is not just annoying, it interferes with your ability to identify important email and respond in a timely manner. While some email programs have spam/junk filters, they do not work on a cell phone the same way, therefore you receive every junk/spam email that comes through your inbox. In my case, out of 105 emails I received in a 20 hour timeframe, 98 of them were junk/spam or unsolicited. All of these emails I have “unsubscribed” to on their website to no avail. You should be able to opt out of future emails when ordering online. This has to stop!
