Law enforcement regularly electronically rapes, tortures, sodomizes, gang stalks, illegally search and seizes, grand larcens, commits medicaid fraud, health care fraud, obstructs justice, abuses power, slanders, libels, evidence tampers, etc. There is no accountablility.
