Make into law that English is our National Language

I am petitioning the United States Government to place into law, naming English as the National Language of the United States. This law should require that ALL citizens be taught and speak the English language. This law should also require that the English language be spoken in all places of business and state that all documents, reports and other materials of the same be submitted and published using the English language.
