Make a Law that fines leaders in Congress/Senate or Goverment, that disrepects the President in any form i.e. verbally!

My Petition is based on the scrutinity, and disrepect given to the President in the last four year. This inidividual holds the highest Office in the United States so this type of behavoir should be unexceptable. For example the President is over the Armed Forces, now a soldier in a lower rank can not disrespect his superiors, if so they are punished and dealt with accordinly. So if the President are the superior of the Armed Forces, Congress and the Senate should not this same principal apply. We need to hold people accountable for their actions and use the same principles when it comes to our Leader. It's unexceptable in Congress, in Senate or any Government affiliation. The violator of this law should be fined and dealt with according and considered for removal from in their position.
