to make in to law the following rule

1. cut the president and congress pay by 10 %starting in January 1,2013. make this till the followin year.
2.The president and congress will no longer receive pay from the government. They must apply to social security and medicare.
3.All lobbies will have to pay $300,000 ever year.
4.anyone from congress or a lobbies who brake the the law by given or receive a gift that is against the law will receive 5 year in prison( state not fereral ) and a $ 20,000 fine.
5. any congressman who brake the law will lose all he benefit.
