Make a law that gives cops a life sentence for shooting, strangling or beating to death of any and all unarmed citizens.

Too many people especially black people are dying at the hands of police officers and they are not being held accountable. I don't understand how a police officer who is clearly in the wrong for executing an unjustified act of murder can get paid leave for taking a life. An officer of the law primary duty is to protect and serve the citizens of this country. We cannot change the past but we can change the future.
