make a law that if deadbeat dads are approve for ssi there back payments should pay there arrears if they are behind

mothers and fathers that recieve ssi are not made to pay there childsupport but i feel like if they are approve there back payments should pay there arrears if they are behind and i hope some of you mothers or fathers thats takeing care of the kids will agree because ssi says if they recieve ssi they cant garnish there checks its bad enough you have a hard time recieve a payment and if they tell them there not getting all the back pay i bet they start paying then you even got dads that wont even file there taxes i know am going there it right know so lets speak up
