Make a law mandating health care practitioners to obtain informed consent from parents prior to children vaccination

I petition for creation of legislation mandating health care personnel to provide parents with detailed information about vaccine's risks and benefits, main ingredients of vaccines and possible side effects. Prior to vaccination of any child, an Informed consent should be signed by the parents or legal guardians.
