I believe people who have caused their own disabilities should not get the advantage of "front row" parking. People who are overweight should not only be banned from disabled parking spots, they should get green license plate (instead of blue) and they will be fined if they dont park in special green parking spots, which are on the opposite side of the parking lot.
Smokers also should not get the advantage of close parking. They have made a life choice to be disabled and should not be rewarded for it.
