If minimum wage restaurant workers and trades people want 10.00 an hour they have to earn it with advanced degrees in customer service. As it is now they have no communication skill set needed to do the jobs they do. Yet. they want those who are highly functioning disabled individuals going to college to pay an extra hundred to two or even tree hundred dollars at the grocery store and an extra 10.00 on food at fast food restaurants. Is this fair that people who get social security and trying to make it to a desk job be gouged by people who have not even had any Corporate Communications training or advanced degrees?
