Make a law stating that people driving can't eat while doing so.

Every day I see people eating while driving. By doing this action, it reduces consentration on the road and to other cars. The person eating while driving only has one hand one the wheel. It reduces the control on the vehicle, causing crashes. As my teacher once said, no human can ever multitask. Please make a law that no one can eat/drink and drive while controlling their vehicle.
