Millions of people every year are infected with STD's because they do not have a way to know if someone is a carrier of the diseases, because of that their lives are cut short. Many people know they have it but do not tell their partners and thus spread it further.
If people with viral STD's were legally required to wear a Diabetes like bracelet that lists their STD then others would be able to recognize and take proper measures for their safety instead of second guessing. Those found with viral STD's should be submitted into a police database by a doctor and those who are found without their bracelets should be ticketed up to 3 times before being charged with a misdemeanor. Those who do not wear their bracelet and sleep with others that do not know they are carriers should get felonies.
