Make a law which requires presidential candidates to release tax returns prior to nomination

Donald Trump never released tax returns that would have shown taxpayers that he has taken advantage of a tax code and not done his part in paying federal tax which supports education, the military and other costs for the common good in society for 18 years. We still do not know what other lies or half truths would be exposed as he has won the election and in all probability will never release his taxes. It should be mandatory for candidates to provide this information to allow people to make a well informed decision about the candidate prior to the candidates acceptance of a nomination for the office of President.
