employees need to have benefits and rights , such as : 1) if you work for someone , the employer needs to pay a liveable wage 2) retirement fund , necessity for every worker 3) life insurance (at least 25,000 term for 30 years ) 4) health-care insurance to cover necessities 5)no "at will laws" ......and employers need truthful reasons (no excuses) to fire people or lay them off /workers need classes(monthly) to be informed what to do about corrupted employers 6)employers must hire (legal and documented citizens) a ratio of full-time and part-time workers that will be contracted for their duration of the companies life .............companies should never hire people , if they feel they will not be advantageous or do not have great creditials.....etc...
