Make lawsuits as well as laws that attempt to downgrade or humiliate homosexual people a crime.

I believe that it should be a crime to attempt to push the close minded beliefs of some people onto others that are just attempting to be free to love and live as they choose. I have heard of lawmakers trying to make it a crime to be gay. Why do we not see the problem as it is, some people choose to make a certain group of people conform to standards and procedures their churches believe are proper. This nation was built on religious freedom yet now people lean on their religion to make laws to make things that go against their religion illegal.
I am asking the president to pass a law that anyone who tries to waste a courts time with attempting to outlaw homosexuality and or equal marriage, a serious crime punishable by jail or prison time.
