Civilian employees should be given credit for military and/or civilian Leadership training when transferring or starting a new career with another Federal agency. Colleges and universities are recognizing military training and experience, and the same should apply to the Federal government. Valuable time and money is being wasted on employees who have already been trained.
Given our critical financial crisies, saving these valuable taxpayer dollars are crucial at this time!
