Make legal guns inaccessible to people who either are diagnosed as psychotic, or are prescribed anti-psychotic drugs.

Created by B.S. on December 17, 2012

We ask the federal government to implement policies where, following a diagnosis of psychosis or a prescription for anti-psychotic drugs, a person with said diagnosis or prescription would no longer be allowed to dwell in a location where legal firearms are stored or regularly used. Either the person must live elsewhere, or the firearms must be stored/used elsewhere. If the firearms are the property of a person diagnosed with psychosis, those must be removed; if the firearms are the property of someone living with a person diagnosed with psychosis, the owner must store them elsewhere or have them removed by local authorities.
