In order to ensure that the rich and poor both have access to competent legal counsel and protection as well as equality of legal outcomes, I propose the following changes:
1) Nationalize the entire legal field.
2) Set up a public legal internal auditing department to ensure that both the prosecution and the defense teams are following the spirit and letter of the law and that no errors, malice, corruption, and/or other problems arise.
3) Provide all citizens with government paid legal protection and consultation for any and all legal matters.
