a final will should be legally binding, under the circumstance of not being signed by the dececed, when in the progress of amendment or creation, when the circumstances surounding such a will suggest a context in which the person creating or amending the will is in cognitive ability, under no external influence, to conciously decide their assets fate. making an unsigned will legaly binding under the afformentioned circumstances.
