Make legislation to remove the second amendment and rush into law methods of gun control to prevent more shootings

After the fourth school shooting in two weeks it is obvious that something needs to be done in order to reduce gun violence. The main problem with this is the second amendment built for the world of the 1700's which must be gotten rid of in order to have any meaningful impact on gun violence. Without removing the second amendment any gun control law will have to be either too weak to do anything or be labelled as turning the USA into a dictatorship
