When Legislators try to pass an education bill, before it's even allowed to go through the current voting cycle, it must be shown to the Principals or teachers ; there will be a predetermined efficient way of getting them to vote if they want it to even move on, therefore the people on the front lines of education get a say, but they aren't judge, jury and executioner.
