Make a limit to home many terms a congressmen may serve (the House of Representatives and Senate.)

i believe that the congress are able to server too many terms and do not offer much of any change in the government that we currently have. it also makes absolutely no sense that the president is only allowed to server two terms and the rest of of the government can serve for as long as they want. If there is supposed to be a thing called "checks and balances" to keep one area from getting too powerful how come nothing has been done to stop other branches from server for as many times as they want. as a youth of this country and told we are the future of the country i think we should speak up and make our voice heard in the peoples government instead of sitting back and watching us plunge into more debt because there is very little change offered to our congress pool.
