The design of the We The People website currently has the four headers made all the same size. This is aesthetically pleasing and organized well, but the result seems to be that people go straight to either Create A Petition or Open Petitions upon opening the website. Those who sign this petition would like to make the Responses section more visible in order to prevent petitions that have already been addressed (especially on popular topics) from being created over and over again.
