President Obama we the citizens of the United States of America implore you to Make littering on our highways and a roads a federal offense with stiff penalties,We also urge you to establish a national toll free number for the people to call and report this life threatening,visually disturbing,environmentally heinous crime.
As 33 percent of the 55 billion pieces of litter thrown each year from vehicles on our highways and roads come from fast food ,we urge you to display the national toll free call number along with the fast food restaurant signage that are disguised as and look like,or are normal freeway and traffic signs.
We also urge you to make fast food restaurants with drive up windows also display the toll free national hotline number. THANK YOU
