All contact between government officials and registered lobbyists shall be conducted only after a ten day public notice on a government developed website. All such meetings shall be conducted in an open-to-the-public space. A transcript of such meeting shall be made available to the public at the expense of the lobbyist. No former government official or employee may register as a lobbyist.
