Many Americans who cherish freedom and our Constitution have watched in horror as America is being conditioned to accept police "lockdown" of territories within our local communities as part of the new American way of life needed to combat crime.
The Bill of Rights protects all individuals from illegal and unwarranted detainment and searches without exception. Historically speaking, the horrific drawbacks of lockdowns far outweigh any claimed advantage gained by the unproven and ineffective tactic of lockdowns in catching wanted suspects.
Therefore the people of America feel that the only way to get out from underneath this situation which increasingly threatens individual sovereignty, our personal sense of freedom and our overall way of life is to make lockdown illegal nationwide.
