People winning prizes or money in a game of chance should not be put in debt or an extreme financial burden because they just happen to win. I point to those folk that would win houses or cars and can't afford to pay the taxes, and go bankrupt trying or having to sell because they can't afford the taxes. It shouldn't be that way, if you win, you should win the STATED amount or prize. Not a lower portion thereof. It SHOULD be an exciting time for the PERSON, not the GOVERNMENT.
