make Major League Baseball reform their process for Hall of Fame selection.

The 2013 Major League Baseball Hall of Fame balloting resulted in no one being selected despite eligible worthies like Craig Biggio and Curt Schilling. The time has come (actually is long overdue) for reform of this process. The process should be transparent, not done in secret as is now the case. Ballots should not be limited to baseball writers. If current eligible voters object to their votes being public, then give their ballots to someone else. Definitely take the vote away from anyone who turns in a blank ballot as one of the writers did this year. There is precedent for this. The US in the past has granted baseball an anti-trust exemption. Congress has held hearings on players' steroid use. We must now force baseball to reform its Hall of Fame voting procedures.
