It should be made mandatory that all houses built from this point forward should have the power outlets moved to at least 4 ft from the ground to prevent small children from being able to stick object in it that can cause them to injure themselves.
Companies make outlet plugs but unfortunately most children are smart enough to figure out how to remove the outlet covers which then makes them ineffective.
So I believe in order to keep the future generations of children safe from electrocution and fires, all power outlets should be moved to make a safer environment for children.
