Make Mandatory Annual Drug Testing for "ALL" who receive or request services for Welfare, or Public Assistance.

Enough is enough!! We need to monitor and ensure that anyone seeking assistance from the Government such as Welfare, Social Services, or Section 8 are Americans that are truly willing to prove that the hard earned tax payers dollars that we are giving them aren't going to waste on individuals whom just stay at home all day collecting a check and using it on drugs and drug addictions.
All adults 18 and older living in the household should fall under the same Rule..
When you ask the Government for help, you are basically saying I cant take care of myself, my family or my household. You shouldn't receive something for nothing and asking those who need help to submit to an annual drug test is a small thing to ask. Any one who refuses or fails should have services immediately terminated.
