Make mandatory that drivers ages 70 and older retake their drivers test, including a road and vision test.

Created by L.D. on December 11, 2013

Due to declining vision, reflexes, etc. in elderly drivers over time, drivers should have to retake their road test along with a vision test once they reach the age of 70. They also should be retested every 5 years to ensure that they are still fit to drive.
