A lot of persons in this country need to pass a drug test to make their money, which is taxed. Why shouldn't the recipients of free government moneys have to do the same. Including anything gotten free from the government. e.g. section 8, food stamps, cash assistance, all branches of welfare. The funds saved by not paying them out would more than cover the cost of the tests given. Every man, woman and child in a household that receives benefits should present themselves for testing or not be considered for funds.
