Make Mandatory Drug testing for everyone who receive and applying for Welfare and Other Government benefits!!

Why should hard working Americans pay income to those who abuse drugs. Welfare recipients should be required by law to take a mandatory Drug Test.
When you apply to a job the company requires you to take a drug test to make sure you aren't using any while working, why should it not be different for someone who receives free money? If a beneficiary tests positive for illegal substances in their system then, not only should we stop the person from receiving any more benefits, but we can also assist on getting the person help. Parents receiving money for there kids should be especially be tested. If found positive for drugs, parents should not be allowed to raise a child if they are not responsible enough to stay clean of illegal substances, and should attend rehab to regain custody.
