Make mandatory on all federal ballots that all candidates must list all lobbyists, corporations and PAC donations.

Created by A.R. on April 16, 2015

Candidates should have to disclose the identities of all lobbyist, corporate and political action committee that have donated to their campaigns. The American people have a right to know, on election day, who the candidates are actually going to be working for if elected. This would require establishing a fundraising cut-off date since the ballots would have to be printed in advance. An election result may be challenged if it is suspected either the candidate or those appointed by the candidate have intentionally misled or deceived by omission or subterfuge the voters, or they have accepted donations from the above named entities after the cut-off date. Failure to adhere to this requirement should be viewed and prosecuted as election fraud.
