This is a petition for a mandatory "none of the above" option on all federal elections.
If this option carries the majority popular vote for the election, several events occur:
1. The incumbent will complete the term for which they have been elected.
2. The next person in the line of succession who has a term greater that 360 days will fill the incumbents office after the incumbents term has been completed until such time as their elected term has been completed or, through an election, a new candidate has been selected.
3. A new election is held for the office not more that 90 days from the preceding election.
4. All candidates on the preceding election where "none of the above" took the popular majority vote will be disqualified from subsequent elections until a successful election.
