Make mandatory open carry a federal law for all teachers from K - College.

Create a federal law that all teachers from K - college have to open carry a side arm at all times.
All Teachers -
1. Will be given a firearm as part of their compensation package, and 500 rounds.
2. Will be given 100 rounds per month.
3. Must provide proof of firing a min of 100 rounds/month at an approved range facility.
4. Will be provided tactical combat scenario based training and pass a competency test before being given their firearm.
5. Will be given a carry license once training has been successfully passed.
6. Will be provided follow-up tactical combat scenario based training for one weekend every 6 months.
7. Failure to comply with any or all portions shall be punished by immediate suspension without pay, multiple infractions will bring termination and relinquish firearm.
