People who have jobs and pay taxes have to passed a drug test to get and keep their job, but persons who do not work and "live off the government." Are not required to pass any test to receive this free money/assistance. I am not saying everyone who received help from the government uses illegal drugs, but they should be able to pass a drug test is they aren't going to work and live off of those of us who work!
All persons who receive assistance from the government in the form of food stamps, welfare checks, unemployment or disability should be required to pass periodic drug tests.
