Statistically, all sexual offenders reoffend, especially those that are labeled pedophiles. Stop the unnecessary abuse and emotional torment of 2nd and 3rd victims by making any sexual offense against a minor child (>16) result in Mandatory prison time. Stop allowing people that rape, torture and exploit innocent children, get off with probation on their first offense. Send a message that we, as a nation, will not tolerate anyone harming our children, whether it be physically or emotionally scarring.
