Make a manditory state funded treatment facility for kids with autism spectrum regardless of income.

Parents of children with autistic spectrum disorder are out of options. The recent shooting of a 15 yr old aspergers child being shot by police as well as a mother and caregiver murdering an autistic child just here in Illinois shows there are no options for these kids. Psychiatric hospitals are only a temporary fix. As a mother of a 12 yr old child with aspergers I know firsthand the struggles and lack of resources. I petition that the government makes it mandatory for every state to have residential facilities for these children and teens that do not go by income.most of these parents struggle making ends meet trying to get help. I would also like to add, making it manditory that these kids het SSI based on their disability and not income to help.
