I would like the administration to recognize an epidemic sweeping our nation, march madness. Every year thousands of men and women fall under this horrible disease and are left helpless to do amything but watch college basketball. We cannot force these poor souls to go to school or work any longer, thus we must recognize march madness as andisease.
