we the people ask that congress pass legislation to make marijuana legal for recreational and Medicinal use. With prescriptions and healthcare costs going through the roof, the American public could reap the benefits of this instead of the big pharmaceutical companies draining our pockets. It would be cheaper on the consumer and on healthcare in the long run.
