Marijuana was made illegal by unethical, racist, and unscientific reasons. Marijuana was used by Mexicans living in America in the 1930's and to attempt to send them back to Mexico. It was stated that marijuana made people violent and angry even though this has now been proven untrue. Marijuana should have never been made illegal. Marijuana is also incredibly less dangerous than legal substaces (tobacco, alcohol) and no one has ever died from taking marijuana.
