We ask Congress and or President Obama to reverse the 1937 Marihuana Tax Act and or enforce the issuance of tax stamps that the Federal Government has refused to issue since it's inception. (Thereby virtually rendering marijuana , A plant that was required to be grown during the birth of our nation illegal to posses). Tax and regulate like tobacco and alcohol.
Furthermore reverse all Federal Statues ( including but not limited to the Control Substance Act of 1970) that call for any form of prohibition, illegal use, cultivation and or sale of cannibus to adults while pardoning all incarcerated Americans for simple possession
We also call for the reclassification and removal of the Schedule 1 restriction by the Control Substance Act of 1970. (Repeal the Schedule 1 Classification).
